- Elected group leader during the second year Software Engineering Group Project to develop a Stock Control System in Java, linked to a database
- Kept the team focussed on our goal whilst also discussing and debating different ideas and approaches, monitored progress, set weekly targets, organised weekly meetings and made decisions when a consensus could not be reached.
- With my leadership and our teamwork, the project was successfully completed and delivered on time to a high standard with one of the highest marks of the year
